Linens are available. Just about any shape or any color. Please contact us for availability Service is $20.00/hr per server for service and clean-up. Decorations We can help make your event a memorable one by arranging for special items such as floral arrangements, table centerpieces, ice sculptures, and we have one of the best in house photographers in the business. Guarantees The final guest count is required within 2 business days of the event. You may increase the guest count up to 24 hours prior to the event. Cancellation Cancellations must be made within 2 business days prior to the event. Cancellations made after this time will incur a charge for 100% of the final bill amount. This includes all weather related cancellations. Billing All events are to be paid in full on the day of the event and will include a 7 % NC sales tax. Other arrangements must be worked out when event booking takes place. Direct billing arrangements are available Food Handling Any food not served remains the property of The Picnic Basket and will be removed by our staff in accordance with the Health Department requirements.
